• Typical price range is $3,562.50 to $4,275 but can be more or less depending on weight of beef carcass.

This is hands down the best, most economical (and sustainable) way to eat high quality, healthy meat. Once you place your deposit, our team will follow up with you to finalize details on cut specifications and send you a final confirmation before the meat is cut and packaged. Your remaining balance (minus the initial deposit) will be due upon completion of the order and you will receive a yield summary which includes a list of inventory and weights. The meat will be organized, frozen, and labled in boxes.
