SLOW COOKING CUTS: 17.5 pounds average

  • 1 pack Beef stock bones
  • Other items that may be included:
    • 1 pack Tri tip roast
    • 1 pack Back ribs

GROUND BEEF: 20 pounds

  • 80/20 lean to fat ratio, 1 lb packs

PLEASE NOTE: These are very close approximations. The total weight will be minimum 50 pounds of packaged products, but the exact number of packages of each item can vary. The "other items that may be included" are cuts which only amount to 1 or 2 portions per animal, therefore can't be available in each individual share. But we've done our best job of sorting the meat fairly and guaranteeing you will receive the total weight that you've paid for.

Shipping Policy

  • All of our meat is shipped frozen in insulated packaging with cold protection in place. The majority of our shipping materials are also 100% recyclable.
  • All shipments will include a UPS tracking number so that customers can keep track of when their shipment will arrive, followed by an automatic confirmation email once the package arrives on your doorstep..

 

Shipping Schedule

  • We ship orders twice per month (every other Tuesday). Ordering cut-off is Sunday before a Tuesday shipment.
