Our beef share bundles come with a mix of classic cuts that provide the best price, nutrition, and overall value. The larger the share, the better the cost per pound. There's nothing better than having a freezer full of local beef to feed yourself, friends, and family.
Lead time on beef shares is typically 2 - 4 weeks.
The whole beef share includes 400 lbs of meat and requires approximately 20 cubic feet of freezer space. The exact cut list may vary depending on availability:
Steaks 100 lbs:
- 16 packs ribeye
- 16 packs strip
- 8 packs tenderloin
- 2 packs flat iron
- 12 packs sirloin
- 12 packs ranch
- 12 packs top round
- 12 packs sirloin tip

Slow cooking cuts: 140 lbs:

Ground beef 1 lb packs: 160 lbs

High range steaks could include:
- Ribeye, Strip, Flat iron, Tenderloin, or Chuck tender.
Mid range steaks could include:
- Ranch, Chuck eye, Denver, Skirt, Bavette, Flank, Hanger, Sirloin, Coulotte, Top round, or Sirloin tip.
Beef slow cooking cuts could include:
- Chuck roast, Brisket, Short Ribs, Back ribs, Osso bucco (shank), Oxtail, Tri-tip roast, and Stew Meat. Bulk beef shares also include knuckle bones and marrow bones.
Pork slow cooking cuts could include:
- Shoulder roast (butt), Pork belly, Hocks, Spare ribs, and Sirloin roast.
Our ground beef and pork is approximately 80/20 lean to fat ratio. We have three types of linked sausage:
- Breakfast: sweet & savory
- Italian: mild & balanced
- German Brat: pepper & garlic
- No msg or preservatives
- High range steaks: .5 - .8 lb packs
- Mid range steaks & pork chops: .8 - 1.2 lb packs
- Slow cooking cuts: 2.5 lb packs
- Beef knuckle bones: 5 lb packs
- Beef marrow bones: 2.5 lb packs
