Chicken Bundle
Our small batch, air-chilled chicken is organically fed and 100% all natural. These plump birds are raised outdoors with plenty of fresh air and space to roam. Resulting in a tender, juicy chicken which lived a low stress life without the cramped conditions of a massive industrial poultry house.
A small bundle is ~14 lbs and comes with 4 chickens. A large bundle is ~28 lbs and comes with 8 chickens. Each chicken is individually packed with the head and feet removed.

High range steaks could include:
- Ribeye, Strip, Flat iron, Tenderloin, or Chuck tender.
Mid range steaks could include:
- Ranch, Chuck eye, Denver, Skirt, Bavette, Flank, Hanger, Sirloin, Coulotte, Top round, or Sirloin tip.
Beef slow cooking cuts could include:
- Chuck roast, Brisket, Short Ribs, Back ribs, Osso bucco (shank), Oxtail, Tri-tip roast, and Stew Meat. Bulk beef shares also include knuckle bones and marrow bones.
Pork slow cooking cuts could include:
- Shoulder roast (butt), Pork belly, Hocks, Spare ribs, and Sirloin roast.
Our ground beef and pork is approximately 80/20 lean to fat ratio. We have three types of linked sausage:
- Breakfast: sweet & savory
- Italian: mild & balanced
- German Brat: pepper & garlic
- No msg or preservatives
- High range steaks: .5 - .8 lb packs
- Mid range steaks & pork chops: .8 - 1.2 lb packs
- Slow cooking cuts: 2.5 lb packs
- Beef knuckle bones: 5 lb packs
- Beef marrow bones: 2.5 lb packs
- Ground meat: 1 lb packs
- Linked sausage: 1 lb packs
- Breakfast sausage links: .5 lb packs

- We ship our meat frozen every other week on Monday. You will receive a UPS tracking number once the order ships.
