Our beef share bundles come with a mix of classic cuts that provide the best price, nutrition, and overall value. The larger the share, the better the cost per pound. There's nothing better than having a freezer full of local beef to feed yourself, friends, and family.
Lead time on beef shares is typically 2 - 4 weeks.
The 1/8th beef share includes 50 lbs of meat and requires approximately 2.5 - 3 cubic feet of freezer space. The exact cut list may vary depending on availability:
Steaks 13 lbs:
- 2 packs ribeye
- 2 packs strip
- 1 pack tenderloin
- 2 packs sirloin
- 2 packs top round
- 2 packs sirloin tip
- 1 pack bavette
- 1 pack skirt
- 1 pack ranch
Slow cooking cuts: 17 lbs:
- 1 pack chuck roast
- 1 pack osso bucco
- 1 pack short ribs
- 1 pack brisket
- 2 packs stew meat
- 1 pack knuckle bones
Ground beef 1 lb packs: 20 lbs

Shipping Policy
- All of our meat is shipped frozen in insulated packaging with cold protection in place. The majority of our shipping materials are also 100% recyclable.
- All shipments will include a UPS tracking number so that customers can keep track of when their shipment will arrive, followed by an automatic confirmation email once the package arrives on your doorstep..
Shipping Schedule
- We ship orders twice per month (every other Tuesday). Ordering cut-off is Sunday before a Tuesday shipment.
