Our steak bundle comes with a mix of steaks and ground beef, perfect for those who like searing and quick cooking methods.
Small bundle is 15 lbs:
- 3 lbs high range steaks
- 4 lbs mid range steaks
- 8 lbs ground beef 80/20
Large bundle is 30 lbs:
- 6 lbs high range steaks
- 8 lbs mid range steaks
- 16 lbs ground beef 80/20
High range steaks could include:
- Ribeye, Strip, Flat iron, Tenderloin filet, or Petite tender.
Mid range steaks could include:
- Ranch, Chuck eye, Denver, Skirt, Bavette, Flank, Hanger, Sirloin, Coulotte, Top round, or Sirloin tip.
Beef slow cooking cuts could include:
- Chuck roast, Brisket, Short Ribs, Back ribs, Osso bucco (shank), Oxtail, Tri-tip roast, and Stew Meat. Bulk beef shares also include knuckle bones and marrow bones.
Pork slow cooking cuts could include:
- Shoulder roast (butt), Pork belly, Osso bucco (shank), Spare ribs, and Sirloin roast.
- High range steaks: .75 lb packs
- Mid range steaks and pork chops: 1 lb packs
- Slow cooking cuts: 2.5 lb packs
- Beef knuckle bones: 5 lb packs
- Beef marrow bones: 2.5 lb packs
- Ground meat: 1 lb packs

- We offer free shipping in Texas. All other states require a flat fee (discounted on orders of $199+).
- We ship our meat frozen every week on Monday. You will receive a UPS tracking number once the order ships.
- Quarter, half, and whole beef shares are only available for local pickup; contact us for a custom shipping quote.
